Before anything is confirmed, the team explains the screening, consent, contraindication, provider, and eligibility process.

Approved participants receive experience-specific information about preparation, setting, expectations, and practical planning.
- 04Support
Facilitator details, boundaries, privacy, and the support available during and after the experience are confirmed in advance.

Where included in the confirmed format, follow-up reflection helps guests make sense of the experience without promising an outcome.
