Who can join the travel advisor program?
Travel agents, independent travel advisors, host-agency advisors and group travel planners can create an account. Tell us about your agency and add IATA/IATAN, CLIA, ARC or other credentials if you have them. These credentials are optional, not a condition of automatic account approval.
What does the 10% commission apply to?
Eligible pre-tax room charges after room discounts and refunds. Taxes, service charges, card fees, yoga, spa, dining, transportation, excursions and other extras are excluded—even when they appear on the same booking. Package bookings require a separately verified room amount.
How does my referral link work?
Your account includes a unique referral link. The guest can connect their email and stay dates to your advisor code before continuing to secure room checkout. Your personal link has no expiry while your account is active. Recorded referrals have no booking deadline, and a later agent link does not automatically replace the original referral. Staff verify matching reservations and room charges before approving commission. If the guest skips the referral step, uses another device or books by phone, submit the booking confirmation through your dashboard for review.
When can I request a payout?
Commission becomes available after the guest completes the stay, eligible room charges have been collected and the booking has been reviewed. Cancelled stays and no-shows do not earn room commission. Refunds or payment reversals can reduce your balance, including after a prior payout.
How are partners paid?
Request a manual payment in USD through your dashboard using Zelle, ACH, cryptocurrency or a custom method. The team will confirm whether your requested method is available in your country, any network or transfer details, and timing. A payout request does not automatically move money.
Can I arrange spa, yoga, excursions or a group retreat for clients?
Yes. Our team can help plan a stay around available services and experiences. These extras make the trip more personal but do not increase room commission. Contact Sales for group availability and a written, itemized proposal.

Eligibility and commission
Accounts are automatically approved. You must provide accurate agency and contact details and have authority to submit any client information. Credential numbers are optional; automatic approval does not certify a credential or create an employment relationship. The commission rate is 10% of eligible, collected pre-tax room charges after room discounts and refunds. Taxes, service charges, card fees, cancellation/no-show fees and non-room services are excluded. No commission is calculated on an undivided package total.
Referral credit and completed stays
Every agent has a unique account and permanent referral link while their account remains active. Recorded referrals have no time limit for making the booking. The original referral attached to a guest’s stay is retained; a later agent link does not automatically replace it. Browser storage can expire or be cleared, so we also retain submitted referral details on our server. A referral click is not a booking or an earnings guarantee. Tracking may be interrupted by another device, missing guest details, blocked cookies or off-site checkout; submit a booking claim if a reservation is missing. Staff resolve attribution conflicts and verify room-only charges. One booking can be credited to only one partner. Completed, paid, reviewed stays become eligible for payout. Cancelled stays and no-shows do not earn room commission.
Manual payouts and adjustments
Balances are denominated in USD. Verify your account email before requesting payment. Zelle, ACH, cryptocurrency and custom requests are subject to availability and staff confirmation; no transfer is initiated by this website. Share bank details only through a secure method agreed directly with accounting. Never submit bank passwords, card numbers, private keys or seed phrases. Crypto network, receiving address, exchange amount and any fees must be agreed before funds are sent. Room refunds, chargebacks and booking corrections can reduce unpaid commission or create an adjustment against future earnings. Contact Sales to resolve a disputed attribution or payment.
Responsible promotion
Represent the resort and prices accurately. Clearly disclose that you may receive a commission when sharing a referral link. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate Coral Cove or claim services are included unless confirmed in the guest’s booking. Misuse can result in account suspension while outstanding bookings and balances are reviewed. Partner registration is not consent to subscribe your clients to unrelated marketing.
