Who this notice covers

This notice applies when you browse Coral Cove Wellness Resort's website, request information, join an email list, follow the secure reservation link, or communicate with the resort about a stay, event, transfer, or wellness experience.

Coral Cove Wellness Resort is referred to below as “Coral Cove,” “we,” “our,” or “us.” Our reservation provider separately processes reservation and payment information under the privacy terms presented during checkout.

• Prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
• Improve website usability and performance.
• Meet legal, accounting, safety, and regulatory obligations.
• Send offers and stories only where you have given consent.

We use information where it is needed to provide a service you requested, with your consent, for legitimate resort operations, or to comply with applicable law. The exact legal basis can depend on where you live and the nature of your request.

04 · When we share information

Who receives information

We do not rent or sell guest contact lists. Providers receive information needed to operate the resort or deliver requested services. If you allow advertising cookies, selected browsing data is also shared with Meta for measurement and relevant advertising, as explained below. You can decline that sharing without affecting your booking.

Service providers

Website hosting, security, booking operations, communications, email delivery, and—once connected—payment or financing providers acting for a defined business purpose.

Live-chat communications

Messages, photos, your email address, and a conversation code may be routed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform to a private group of approved Coral Cove staff so the team can answer your website inquiry.

Resort operations

Authorized Coral Cove staff and providers who need the details to prepare a room, answer a request, or deliver a confirmed service.

Transportation partners

A confirmed driver or coordinator may receive the guest name, contact details, party information, and flight itinerary needed for the selected round trip.

Authorities and safety

Government, legal, regulatory, or safety parties when required by law, needed to protect a person, or necessary to exercise Coral Cove's legal rights.

Business transition

Relevant records may transfer as part of a sale, merger, financing, restructuring, or transfer of all or part of the resort, subject to appropriate protections.

Providers may process information in Jamaica, the United States, or another country where they operate. Those locations may have different privacy rules. We expect providers to use information only for the agreed purpose and with appropriate safeguards.

05 · Marketing

You decide whether to hear from us

Offer and newsletter forms ask for an email address and an explicit consent choice. When email marketing is connected, Coral Cove uses Klaviyo to manage consented subscriptions and may attach the campaign or page source so we can send the information requested.

You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact us directly. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential booking, service, safety, or administrative messages related to a request or reservation.

06 · Cookies & device storage

What the redesigned site stores

Cookies and similar technologies such as session storage and local storage keep limited information on your device. The redesigned site currently uses:

Google Analytics loads after you choose “Analytics only” or “Continue.” It measures site use and interactions such as booking entrances, signups, contact links, directions, restaurant-menu interest, and Instagram visits. Google Signals and Google ad personalization remain disabled. “Continue” also permits advertising measurement storage. “Decline” rejects these optional technologies.

If you select “Continue,” the Meta Pixel may operate on selected general resort pages, such as rooms, dining, and excursions. Meta can receive the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers, time, and selected actions such as room views, booking handoffs, and successful signups. This helps measure advertising and may support relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. It is not anonymous data. Meta's use is described in its Privacy Policy.

We do not send contact-form values, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, appointment dates, or treatment information to the Meta Pixel. Automatic form matching is disabled. Staff, checkout, sensitive wellness pages, and unapproved URLs are excluded. A booking handoff is not recorded as a completed purchase. First-party Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc may last up to 90 days, subject to browser limits.

Your choices are stored on this device. Use Cookie preferences below or in the footer to change them at any time. Choosing “Analytics only” or “Decline” stops future Meta events and clears its first-party cookies on this site. We also honor Global Privacy Control for advertising cookies. Withdrawal does not undo data already sent. Essential booking and service features remain available.

You can clear or block browser storage in your device settings. Blocking essential storage can prevent features from working. Following a link to Instagram, Google Maps, a review site, Affirm, or another third party makes that party's own privacy and cookie terms applicable there.

07 · Your choices

Access, correction, deletion, and consent

Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we process information about you; provide access or a portable copy; correct inaccurate information; delete information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent for future consent-based processing.

These rights are not absolute. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where law, fraud prevention, safety, accounting, dispute resolution, or an active reservation requires it. You may also have the right to contact an applicable supervisory authority.

08 · Retention & security

Kept only as long as there is a reason

We retain information as reasonably needed to deliver services, administer reservations, maintain required records, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the information and purpose; outdated information should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Coral Cove uses reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the website and information it holds, and expects providers to use appropriate protections. No website, email, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy

The website is intended for adults arranging travel, not for children to submit information independently. A parent or guardian should provide any details needed to include a child on a booking. Contact us if you believe a child supplied information without appropriate adult involvement.
