01How do I reserve a room?

Choose your dates and guests on the Rooms page, then continue to Coral Cove's secure reservation checkout. It shows the live room inventory, current price, and reservation-specific terms before you confirm. You can also contact reservations for personal help.

02What payment is required at checkout?

The amount due, supported payment methods, cancellation terms, and remaining balance are shown in Coral Cove's secure reservation checkout before you confirm. Review that reservation summary carefully because it controls the payment terms for your stay.

03What taxes and fees should I expect?

Current bookings add 10% government tax and a 10% service charge. Your booking summary shows the room subtotal, taxes, service charge, amount due, and remaining balance before confirmation.

04Can I stay fewer than four nights?

Availability and minimum-stay rules can vary by date and room. Search your dates first; if no option appears, email reservations@coralcovewellness.com and the team can confirm what is possible.

05What is the difference between oceanfront, ocean-view, and garden rooms?

Oceanfront accommodations sit closest to the Caribbean shoreline. Ocean-view rooms look toward the sea from elsewhere on the property. Garden rooms face the tropical grounds and may have a partial or more distant water view. Each room listing shows its view, capacity, layout, and current starting rate.

06Are the rooms air conditioned?

Yes. The current room categories include air conditioning and complimentary Wi-Fi. Review the individual room details before selecting your stay.

07Can children stay at Coral Cove?

Yes. Children under five currently stay free. Any age- and occupancy-based charge for older children will be shown clearly before checkout because it can depend on the room and dates selected.

08Is the property accessible?

Some accommodations offer easier ground-level access, but Coral Cove is a natural coastal property with varied paths and terrain. Contact the team before booking so the right room and arrival support can be confirmed for your needs.

09Which airport should I use?

Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ) is the recommended arrival airport for Coral Cove.

10Can Coral Cove arrange an airport transfer?

Yes. For $290 flat per stay, Coral Cove can coordinate airport arrival pickup and departure return for your reservation party, with no additional traveler fees. This is a planned Coral Cove welcome with a trusted, professional local driver—not an on-demand ride. Expect warm Jamaican hospitality and the utmost respect for guests, the island, and the environment from the moment you enter the vehicle. Share both arrival and departure flight details before traveling. Optional gratuity may be given directly to your driver in cash and is never collected online.

11What time are check-in and checkout?

The current booking policy lists check-in at 3:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM. If your travel timing is unusual, contact the resort before arrival.

12What happens at check-in?

The team will welcome you, confirm the reservation details, collect the remaining balance, and help you settle in. An incidental authorization may be required; the exact amount and release timing will be included in your confirmation.

13Are meals included?

Continental breakfast is currently included. Other meals and drinks are available à la carte through Momma Beach Restaurant.

14Can the kitchen accommodate dietary needs?

Special-diet meals can be requested. Share allergies and dietary requirements in advance so the kitchen can confirm what can be accommodated safely.

15Can groups arrange shared menus?

Yes. Retreat and event organizers can discuss group dining, meal timing, and dietary needs as part of the proposal process.

16What wellness services are available?

Current offerings include massage and body care, yoga, Qi Gong, sound-based practices, meditation, nutritional workshops, and other scheduled experiences. Staffing, availability, duration, and price should be confirmed before arrival.

17Can I visit for the day without staying overnight?

Coral Cove currently promotes day and evening pass experiences. Exact inclusions, operating times, capacity, and pricing should be confirmed with the team before traveling to the resort.

18What can I do at the resort?

Depending on scheduling and conditions, experiences may include swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, boat tours, yoga, meditation, nature walks, spa care, garden sessions, live music, movie nights, and beach bonfires.

19Are pets allowed?

The current booking policy does not allow pets. Service animals are welcomed; contact the resort in advance so the team can prepare appropriately.

20Do you work with retreat groups or travel advisors?

Yes. Send the group size, room needs, preferred dates, and purpose of the trip to reservations@coralcovewellness.com for a tailored response.
