The terms attached to your reservation
These terms apply to direct reservations with Coral Cove Wellness Resort. For now, room availability, pricing, payment, and confirmation are completed through Coral Cove's secure reservation checkout.
The dates, room, guests, inclusions, prices, amount due, and reservation-specific conditions shown at checkout and in your confirmation form part of your agreement. If they conflict with a general statement on this site, the reservation-specific terms control.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless the reservation checkout clearly says otherwise. Selecting dates or following a booking link does not hold a room. A reservation is complete only after the required payment is accepted and a confirmation is issued.
02 · Booking & payment
What is due when you reserve
The checkout shows the payment methods and amount required for the room, dates, and rate you select.
Check the room price, taxes, service charge, deposit or payment amount, remaining balance, and cancellation terms before completing the reservation.
Current bookings add a 10% government tax and a 10% service charge to the room subtotal. Your booking summary and confirmation show the reservation-specific total, amount paid, and any remaining balance.
A $200 incidental authorization is required at check-in and is released within seven days after the stay. It is separate from the booking payment. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to make released funds available.
03 · Cancellations & date changes
If plans change
The resort cancellation schedule carried forward from the existing booking policy is:
- More than 6 weeks before arrivalRefund, less a $200 administration fee
- Less than 6 weeks but at least 30 days before arrival25% cancellation fee
- Fewer than 30 days before arrival50% cancellation fee
The applicable percentage is measured against the reservation value. No refund is provided for a no-show, a canceled or delayed flight, or an early departure. Instead of requesting a refund, a guest may request a reservation credit valid for one year; approval, replacement dates, availability, and any rate difference must be confirmed by Coral Cove. Approved refunds are processed within one month, although banks and financing providers may add processing time.
Deposit refund eligibility and any fee are determined by the schedule above and the reservation-specific terms accepted at checkout. Date changes are subject to availability, the price and rules for the new dates, and written confirmation. Contact the resort promptly if plans change.
Because canceled and delayed flights do not create a refund right under the current policy, travel insurance may be worth considering. Insurance is separate from Coral Cove and subject to the provider's terms.
04 · Arrival & departure
The rhythm of arrival day
- Check-in
- Begins at 3:00 PM.
- Checkout
- Is by 11:00 AM.
- Late checkout
- May be available until 4:00 PM with a 50% late-checkout fee; the exact amount must be confirmed by the resort. It must be approved and remains subject to same-day availability.
- Remaining balance
- Any balance shown on the confirmation is due at arrival, together with the separate $200 incidental authorization.
Contact the resort before travel when your arrival timing is unusual. An early arrival or late departure does not guarantee room access outside the confirmed times.
05 · Children, pets & accessibility
Choosing the right stay
Children
Children under age five currently stay free. Charges for older children vary by room, dates, and live rate configuration; the guest-specific checkout quote controls. Every child must be included in the guest count, and room occupancy limits still apply.
Pets & service animals
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcomed. Contact Coral Cove before arrival so the team can understand your needs and prepare the most suitable room and route.
Accessibility
Coral Cove is a natural coastal property with varied paths and terrain. Ask before booking about room access, bathing setup, transportation, dietary needs, or other support so the team can confirm what is available for your stay.
Guest information
The person booking is responsible for entering the correct dates and guest counts, sharing these terms with the party, and contacting the resort when a material need could affect room or service suitability.
06 · Airport transportation
A Coral Cove welcome from MBJ
The optional $290 airport transportation add-on covers a private round trip for the reservation party: arrival pickup and departure drop-off. It is a flat amount per stay with no additional traveler fee. Transportation is provided by a trusted local driver coordinated for the booking, not an on-demand rideshare.
Guests must provide the airline or flight company, flight number, flight time, pickup time, and drop-off time for both arrival and departure. Times are entered in Jamaica local time. Service is not confirmed until the itinerary is complete and appears on the confirmation or is confirmed by staff.
Driver gratuity is optional, is never collected online, and may be given directly to the driver in cash after service. Coral Cove does not set a minimum gratuity. The separate 10% service charge on the room is not a driver gratuity.
07 · Dining & property extras
What the room includes
Continental breakfast is included with the accommodation. Other meals are available à la carte. Alcoholic beverages, additional food, and other property purchases are not included unless a package or confirmation expressly says they are, and may be added to the guest's resort account.
Share food allergies and dietary requirements in advance. A request helps the team plan but is not confirmed until Coral Cove says it can be accommodated safely.
08 · Wellness experiences
Separate from the room reservation
- Spa & yoga
- Items added online are date-and-time requests that you can email to the resort team. They are separate from the room reservation, are not added to its total, and remain unconfirmed until resort staff replies with availability and final pricing.
- Cannabis wellness
- Cannabis is not included with accommodations and is not sold through booking checkout. Current adult eligibility, availability, provider, consultation, permit, property-use, and pricing information must be confirmed privately.
- Psilocybin experiences
- These adult experiences are available only by private request, separate planning, and current suitability and availability review. They are never an automatic room inclusion or instant-checkout add-on.

Do not travel with cannabis, psilocybin products, or other restricted substances into or out of Jamaica. Ask the wellness team for current information before making travel or participation decisions.
09 · Promotions
Offers should be easy to verify
Every offer is subject to the dates, room availability, audience, booking channel, minimum stay, code, and other conditions shown with the offer and at checkout. Offers have no cash value and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
No stay-length promotion is currently advertised. When Coral Cove publishes a future offer, its specific dates, eligibility, and checkout terms will control.
10 · Questions & current terms
Confirm before you commit
Resort policies, providers, and legal requirements can change. Review the complete checkout summary before payment and contact Coral Cove if a term, inclusion, accessibility need, or experience detail is unclear. Nothing on a general page overrides a written change confirmed by the resort for your reservation.
