Special Occasion Yoga
The moon and its phases are extremely important to Jamaicans and impact harvests as well as farming practices. In yoga, the moon is said to be connected to the emotional and sensory mind or “manas”. Coral Cove hosts special yoga sessions during full moons, equinox and solstice events for our guests to experience some truly extraordinary connections.

Our on-site yoga guide welcomes people of all experience levels and is thrilled to introduce various types of yoga. Yoga can be modified for every ability and private, custom sessions are also available.
Chi Gong
This ancient Chinese practice combines movement and breath work to achieve a slow, but energetic moving meditation. When utilized consistently, it helps maintain joint mobility, channels the body’s Chi, and tap into a new and invigorating life force.

Not only is breath work crucial for deep meditation and yoga, it can mean the difference between holding onto stress or opening and clearing the air passages in order to energize, relax and enhance the connection inside the body's various systems and organs.
Guided Meditations
Improve focus, clarity, calm and relaxation through meditation like “walking meditation,” “land, sea & air grounding”, “open sequencing,” and “water rebirthing.” As a part of your meditative experience, a visit can be arranged to some of Jamaica’s plentiful mineral-rich natural pools and springs.
